- Does your student....... want to know how to complete or turn in an assignment, ask questions about content, check in about missing work, turn in something late, discuss why they submitted an assignment 10 minutes after the time it was due, ask for enrichment opportunities? Then your student needs to go to SUPPORT TIME.
- Since the school day officially ends at 3:05, students should be attending student support time on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons and Monday mornings. This is not only valuable time to check in with teachers, but it's an opportunity for students to learn the skill of self advocacy. We love seeing students do this AND love championing them for taking the initiative.
- Support time is for students only. Parents, please email teachers if you have questions.
- Although email may be a common and easy communication tool, teachers are inundated with multiple emails in addition to their preparation, instruction, grading and feedback. In an effort to support students in a timely and more personalized manner, as well as decrease the volume of teachers' inboxes, please encourage your child to attend support time to ask questions.
