The School Site Council (SSC) is a 12 person group that serves as an advisory committee for Coronado Middle School. The main responsibility of the SSC is to provide feedback and approve the SPSA (School Plan for Student Achievement). The SSC will also review and approve our school safety plan. Members include four teachers, one classified staff member, three parents, three students, and the principal (non-voting member). Learn more about SPSA here
This year we need to elect three new parent representatives to serve a two-year term.
The SSC will meet three times a year. The first meeting is scheduled for October 29, 2019 from 3:20-4:20 pm. Additional meetings will be held in January and March 2020 (dates TBD)
