Girl Scout Troop 5548 is collecting gently used HALLOWEEN COSTUMES: Drop off your costumes in the CMS front office until November 4th.
MAP Testing: Students will finish testing this week, so please be on the lookout for their goals documents. This is an opportunity for you and your child to talk about their successes and areas for growth.
Special Education Parent Advisory Committee - SEPAC: Tuesday, October 18th from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at ECDC Multipurpose Room. Read more HERE and RSVP to hear from clinical counselors about students stress and strategies to support your child.
CALLING ALL VETERANS!!! TAKE A VETERAN TO SCHOOL DAY IS THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 10TH! Veterans are invited to be part of our celebration at Coronado Middle School. We are looking for classroom speakers. Speakers are assigned to classrooms on a first come first served basis. CMS students are also welcome to bring his or her veteran to breakfast in Granzer Hall at 7:30am.
CMS BOOK FAIR is October 27-November 4: Connie LeFever is looking for some volunteers. Please click on the link to sign up. Book Fair VOLUNTEER. The book fair is open from 7:45 to 3:30 SHOP ONLINE HERE. Scholastic returns 50% of the sales for purchasing books for teachers and the library.
CMS Winter Sports Registration will open on October 10th through November 11th. A winter sports informational flyer can be found on the ISF website at www.islandersportsfoundation.com Information includes a listing of sports offered, registration directions, practice and assessment dates, and documents needed prior to participation.
